Our candidate base is large and technically diverse. Using our proprietary ResumeReadR software (REQMS) we can quickly identify and qualify potential candidates on any combination of skills and experience sought for by our clients.

WDP's recruiting process
Recruiting begins with you, your HR group or hiring manager. Experienced account executives work with you to prioritize teh hard and soft skill requirements of the position. Once priorities are established the WDP team is ready to go to work identifying those candidates with the necessary technical, business and communication skills needed to do the job.
We interview each candidate. Only those we rate as suitable are submitted.
